Actually I had also pointed out to Don in an email that, according to the laws
of Quantum Mechanics, when an electron-shell receives a discrete packet of
energy (Quanta) it becomes excited and jumps up one "state" and that one only
needs to regard the earth as a very large number of electron-shells, which of
course, are being bombarded with Quanta from space continuously, to see that
sooner or later, when it has received enough quantum, the whole planet will jump
up one state, and they do keep telling us how the planet is warming up.
