I have designed, had constructed many dams, impoundments, and drainage
structures over the years, and none of them have failed (so far). You guys
certainally have an opinion, and rightfully so, but if you dont mind, I
prefer my professional opinion on the subject. And if you do mind, well,
pick your profanity. I learned mine with the marines, and have never been
shy about using them, especially with some of those eastern liberal "elite".
