Why? Is a newsgroup important or something? Is it going to affect any future

Hey, I got caught out myself for the first few months on usenet, yet even though
I was rather ill I learned very quickly.

A serious discussion? I somehow don't see pissing contests by you, George, and
Al, as serious discussion.

I do know some of them. They taught me well. I run prefer alt.religion.goddess
though. You get a much nicer class of people who have some understanding.
