For some odd reason I can't access that story, but coming so soon after that
building blew up in New Jersey, it makes one wonder what is going on.

It seems to me that certain people have not been doing what is known as
"preventative maintenance" and I wonder if a certain companies have been
employing underskilled staff to cut costs? That is a question one could ask
about the Buncefield Oil Depot too.
