Quite mild in taste, yes. I wouldn't quite call it apple juice though <G>.
'Fiddich is very popular, and for quite good reasons. the distillery is
somewhere up near Dufftown, if I remember correctly, and uncommonly there's a
significant amount of limestone in the distillery's catchment area. OK, it's
actually marble, but I'm told there is cave up there, for those under 1.3m
tall.
