IQ is (IIRC) a normal distribution of mean 100 and s.d. 15. So some 60%
of people will fall in the interval 85..115 ; 94-ish % in the interval 70..130
; and so on. I saw a couple of statistics bods debating what was the likely
highest IQ on Earth was. I think they came up with a plausible figure in the
high 150s to high 160s.
But what are you suggesting to do about it? Shoot all those of less
than average IQ? That'll work well, won't it?
