The New Climatology

Just got back from the grocery store.

I obviously missed this the first time around, (1999 hardcover and 2001 paper) but cruising with my basket down the paperback aisle, I saw this lurid book:
The Coming Global Superstorm by Art Bell and Whitley Streiber.

Man...too bad I didn't have $7 to donate to their cause, but that the pseudo science of that dynamic duo probably make the Usenet quackers look as sane and sober as Mennonites in meeting.

I just didn't have anything around the house strong enough to drink
if I bought it. And to think trees died so their ideas could live.

Give me that old hockey stick any old day.
