Well, their mailing list help email address is listed as:

seisan-help@xxxxxxxxxx (NOT what you used above!)

on their "mailing lists" page at:

http://www.geo.uib.no/seismo/software/seisan/seisan_mailing_list.html


And it took me less than a minute to find that information using Google...
