Canada responsible for destruction of Amsterdam

(Time Warner)AP It has been found out that the Canadians were responsible
for lobbying the blockade of action to be taken by the House of
Representatives to seed the stratosphere with loess to increase the albedo
of Earth. Contentiously, this could have reversed the warming trend from
anthropogenic forcing by greenhouse gasses produced for transportation,
agriculture, and power production. Apparently the Canadians were tired of
living in a winter wonderland and lusted for Palm Beach to come to them if
they couldn't have it by force of arms. The bill, conceived by Victor Vosen
in response to the ludricrisness of a self-monitored carbon market wherein
the watchdogs whose paychecks came by way of the company they were
monitoring, was voted down two-to-one today; and it was motioned to move
ahead with a proposal on an international carbon market. Victor was quoted
saying, "Got Gaia?". On a side note, President Bush tried to veto the
failure of the bill, probably the only green thing he has done for survival
of the Earthman which he sometimes considers himself to be.
Amsterdam in retaliation, tried nuking the Candians, but their silos
were all flooded and hadn't invested in submarines. Holland promised to get
them all stoned.
