Bad assumption. Continental plate are deformed.

done the experience) remove the oceans's floor step by step (by their

Models have been done for more than 70 years. You may have a look at
neal adams reconstitution. (Quicktime is required).

Of course it is an approximate reconsitution but it gives a good idea of

Paleomagnetic data are interpretated using a fix radius. It is a serious
bias. See Maxlow's thesis.
