Re: evidences against subduction theory

Mountain chains such as the Andes are thought to
form when the subducted slab suddenly detaches from the slab above it along
the line of subduction, releasing the upper slab, causing it to rise
suddenly.

how can't you realize it is absurd?

The Andes records many such sudden uplifts, as well as
characteristic subduction-related volcanism.

Uplifts are linked to diapirism.

We saw the same phenomenon
during the 2004 Sumatran Earthquake. Nearly the entire coastline of Western
Sumatra along the fault break uplifted as much as 150 cm

People wrongly think that if there is expansion it is regular at 18 mm
radius /year or so. It can't work like that. First stress build up in
the lithosphere with limited uplift until failure, then there is a
release of the accumulated energy and you get a sudden uplift of 150 cm.
