Unfortunately, if anyone spoke to the general public using Shakespeare's Literary Genius (Iambic Pentameter and all), it would fall upon deaf ears, for in a room of a hundred, only one or two would even comprehend the message he conveyed (or attempted to convey).
Ninety percent of all English language communication is in loose iambic pentameter. Hemingway's novels, and classical news reporting are iambic. What confuses people about Shakespeare is the compaction of language, archaic expressions, and the concise and metaphorical nature of his sentences.
