there WAS NO NEW STUFF GENERATED. you wave your hands and say it happened and by saying we dont know enough physics. but we dont need to know any thing more than nuclear synthesis. it happens in the millions of degrees. it is not tricky. it took most of the 20th century to determine what makes stars ignite and burn. the earth has not ignited and not burned at 2 million degrees. that is the physics that you violate.
