Very distinctive "onion-layers" weathering pattern, as you can see.
Do you have any idea what is this? Location is 36°22'28.85"N,
117°17'7.18"W.
Granite, or at least a granitic rock (too far away, too little detail). The
weathering pattern is called exfoliation, and very typical for granites.
