Go read the papers. They're on ArXiv (at least, some of them).

A good computer simulation might be able to prove
this and also prove that the moon couldn't be captured by tiny earth
without a collision unless again intelligence was used to slowly put
the moon into earth's orbit.

And just what do you think are the subjects of the papers I refer
to above? "good computer simulations".
Intelligence alone isn't going to change realities of angular
momentum, and energy. And no-one I've heard of is seriously proposing
that there was some "superintelligent being" (with large amounts of
high-power technology) involved in the assembly of the solar system.
Well, OK, probably some Old-Earth Creationists are proposing such
things, but you'd hope that their doctors will eventually develop
straightjackets that stop them typing.
