It does float because it is less dense. But if you want to make it sinks
like plate tectonists claim, you have to find a way to make it denser.
Bull , anything can be submerged if enough force is applied to it !
There are no other force exerced on the slab than gravity. therefore, it
must become denser in order to *sink*.
In terms of PT phase changes will complete the requirements .
Tell that to Ron hwo insist that he slab does not have to be denser.
