So you really don't understand why it is not possible for the Northwest
part of India to cross the horn... Quite amazing.
At least Torsvik is aware about it, as he respected this constraint for
retrofits in his last paper (Fig3a; Torsvik et al, 2008, Reviews of
Geophysics, 46, RG3004 / 2008), even if it does mess up the fit around
antarctica...
Of course, as the bits were once joined on a smaller globe, when one
tries to make them stick all on a larger globe, a hole appears on one
side when one tries to fill the hole on the other side...
