At 00:00z, Super Typhoon CHABA was located at 20.3N 138.2E moving 330deg at
10kts.
Winds speeds are 150kts with gusts to 180kts.
CHABA is now on heading to Japan south Coast will reach 29 AUG near 18Z.
CHABA decrease slightly in intensity, winds are forecast to be at 80kts,
gusts at 100kts, when reach Japan.

At 00:00z, Typhoon AERE was 25.4N 121.6E moving 250deg at 6kts.
Winds speeds are 80kts with gusts to 100kts.
AERE is passing just North of TAIPEI.
It runs now to China Coast, will reach during next 24 hours.
Speeds of 60kts, gusts at 75kts are forecast at landing.

At 00:00z, Hurricane FRANK was 21.7N 115.5W moving 320deg at 8kts.
Winds speeds are 65kts with gusts to 80kts.
FRANK is forecast to turn slighly Westward.
No land are on the FRANK's way for the time being.
