I had been thinking daylight savings time thru. Suppose there was a
30-minute compromise and in April, clocks would go ahead 30 minutes
and stay that way year-round. However, that would be equivalent to
keeping standard time year round, but just scheduling things 30
minutes earlier. Is + or - 30 minutes significant?
