I have been waiting for this to happen, in simplistic terms its an -
transfer of excess ocean heat in the Northern Hemisphere and tropical
pacific caused by G.warming to the troposphere - thing. Find this
store and suddenly deliver back phenomenon is a bit spooky, first some
slight cooler weather that makes one wonder if G.warming is bad, then
bang.. stormy weather or abnormal mild winters returns.
