Q: Forecast Meteogram text data files

Hello,

We are in charge of a french paragliding website
(http://thermiquefrancilien.org) and we intend to provide flight index
services.

We had developed such a interesting tool which were mostly appreciated
in a recent past.

Obviously, since the page http://www.arl.noaa.gov/ready/cmet.html asks
a manually entered code, our automated script does not work any more.

So, we are looking for forecasts meteogram text data files for many
points in Europe (Winds dir & force at different levels (soundings),
Precips 6 hours, Cloud Cover...).

We know that http://www.windguru.cz/ uses such datas from NOAA but
were unable to know where the exact source is.

Where are not metereogists but parpentists and web developpers.

Since there are few months we are looking for a solution for our net
surfers, some help from specialists is needed and should be mostly
appreciated.
