What are the MAXIMUM POSSIBLE VALUES you can get on a HORIZONTAL
surface of the Earth for TOTAL solar radiation and DIFFUSE solar
radiation? What is the MAXIMUM DIRECT NORMAL solar radiation at the
surface of the EARTH?
