Local Sun Time?

Not quite meteorology, but have been trying to find my local time at home,
i.e. White Cliffs, NSW, Australia, 143.1°E, 30.9°S. Given 15 degrees per
hour from Greenwich, Australian Eastern Standard Time should centre on 150
East, making us 28 minutes later. Is that about right?

Thanks for any information (googling hasn't helped all that much).

Clair.
