Inertia?

And why do warm

I don't know, but I was wondering if the air spirals in or spirals out?

Also, I wonder if there is any technical way to stop a hurricane
fromforming, perhaps in it's earlier stages? Some wacky ideas, but ideas
nevertheless, are:
1. Float a powerful propeller on the ocean in the eye, which would spin
in the opposite direction of the hurricane winds, producing drag.
2. Put something on the ocean in the eye that would emit powerful
electrostatic, electromagnetic, or plasma fields, that would act as an
inertial break on the spin.
3. Float some kind of heavy vane in the water close to the eye of the
hurricane, heavily anchored at each end, that would act to disrupt hurricane
winds. It would have some kind of kind of guidance system and propeller that
would keep it going toward the eye. A mile long.
4. Detonate a bomb in the eye, that would push all the winds away from
the center, maybe breaking down the eye. Odds are that this would make
things worse, somehow, being a military solution.

Therre is still the question of where all the energy would go afterward.

What causes the hurricanes? It's not God, because God was not in the
storm. (1 K 19.11) Probably some techie teenager hacking into the weather.
