For one thing, the hurricane models disagreed wildly on what would
happen. Not all of them had a stall. If you look at the 00Z and 12Z
runs from the 23rd,

you get solutions at 120 hours ranging from Mexico, west of Del Rio, to
just south of Nova Scotia.
