That's a piece of cake forecast. Of course there will be severe winter storms over the USA this winter. I'll even bet you $100 that the above forecast verifies.

Extra severe storms - 20 feet of snow, horrendous blizzards, etc.
20 feet of snow in one storm? Well, no, that won't happen. Horrendous blizzards? Sure -- they happen every year, I see no reason why this winter will be any different.
