Cloud streak in Gulf of Bothnia

The satellite picture of the Gulf of Bothnia in Google Earth has a big
and odd-looking north-south cloud streak across the upper part of the
gulf. It contacts the shore around Kokkola. Put 64.3 N , 22.6 E into
the Google Earth search box and you'll land in the middle of the
streak.
Is this just some random natural cloud or something else, like a plume
from a power plant's cooling towers?
