Air-Sea fluxes calculation method

I'm currently writing a small publication about air-sea fluxes in the Norwegian Sea.
I have downloaded all needed data from ICOADS.
I need to calculate latent heat flux and sensible heat flux. The problem is, that there are some complicated equations for calculating bulk formulas.
I tried to do the calculations in the spread*** and I realised that someone before me could do that earlier.
So here's my question: Does anybody have an example spread*** which contains all formulas needed for a calculation of latent and sensible heat fluxes?
