I need a map of tornadoes which have hit the US. Once where it show
the map with dots on it. I also need it to cover more than 5 years of
data.
Does this exist? If so, where?
If you have windows, http://www.spc.noaa.gov/software/svrplot2 has
simple mapping software with the severe weather database from 1950-2004.
There's no support for it, but it's easy to use. There's a minor
problem with the path widths, IIRC. They're given in yards, with many
values ending in 9 (e.g., 99 yards) that should be rounded up to the
next zero (e.g., 100 yards).

I downloaded that program. It won't work, I suspect it's because I am
using XP {sp2}?
