Re: thunder length?



I'm surrounded by mountains (north italy). That morning there were a very
lot of bolts: could so many of them, very next to each other, have generated
many thunders that appeared to be just one?

(Unless you have Mt. Everest in your backyard, the local landscape won't
have a big impact on severe thunderstorms or 'naders.)
