NOAA "normals & averages" for Charleston? Not ONLINE??

NOAA "normals & averages" for Charleston, WV ONLINE?
I've searched my ass off on google and NOAA's website and cannot find
the "normals and averages" for charleston west virginia.
I can find it even for much smaller cities but not this one.
It would be the one that lists not only temp and precip averages but
also thunderstom days, days over 90f, days under 32f, etc...
Can someone please locate such a page of data?
