Hi Chris,

I don't think you are being ripped off by the retailers - and you are not
paying us for advice either - my reference was to it costing us money. My
point was that there is really a large group of people who do want to talk
to someone in this specialist market and so its useful to have someone at
the end of the line.

USA prices are about 30% cheaper in general than the UK and we would buy
from there also if we could get European spec units!
