I got the US confused with the international GNIS.
http://gnswww.nima.mil/geonames/GNS/index.jsp The international waypoints
are only expressed to one minute, so there is about a mile of granularity.
That requires some examination of a map to get the last part of the
waypoint figured out. The US waypoints are one second, so that's good for
about 100 feet. Close enough for road travel.
In either case, they will be good enough to get you to a spot on the map
where you can probably decipher a good spot to head toward. In the case of
"Manzanita Lake", there is a campground, boat ramp, and park entrance, so a
perusal of the map is easy to do once you find the right map view.
