DeLorme TOPO USA 5.0 uploads tracks to the GPS, and you select
which track to upload or download.
(Doesn't upload to activetrack yet though.)
I've been drawing tracks on the PC and uploading to GPS, following
them and then using the resulting track to map bicycle trails
around Denver.

National Geographic products currently can't.
Gamin MapSource is an all or nothing transfer.
(e.g. if you want to transfer only 1, you have to delete the others.)
