As you have a problem with converting an OziExplorer map calibration
file, using the shareware program DRGMapCal, I would have expected
you might have been better to either contact the program's author,
or ask in the OziExplorer Users Yahoo group. It just happens that
I'm the author of DRGMapCal, that I read this newsgroup, and that
I saw your posting ;-)

The 5th line(which is wrapped onto two lines in your example), starts
with the datum used for the Ozi .map file:
Datum Provisional South American Datum 1956
There is no such datum that is directly supported by OziExplorer.
I suspect you are using a "datums.dat" file. You should review
any entries in your datums.dat file, and remove any that are
directly supported by OziExplorer, then change the corresponding
.map files(either via Ozi, or a text editor) so they specify the
datum name(s) as used in OziExplorer.
For example, in your datums.dat file, you have a line that starts with:
Datum Provisional South American Datum 1956
Remove that line(or the whole file, if that's the only line, and change
the 5th line in your 001.map file to read:
Prov So Amrican 1956,WGS 84, 0.0000, 0.0000,WGS 84
You will also need to change all your other .map files that specify
the datum as "Datum Provisional South American Datum 1956".
As you see by now, currently, DRGMapCal doesn't have support for
datums specified via a datums.dat file.
Once you make that change, you are going to get another error
message when you try and convert to JPR:
SKIPPED 001.map - unsupported Datum(Prov So Amrican 1956)
To see if you can workaround this, see the "7.2.3 INI file - Datums"
section of the DRGMapCal readme file:
http://members.shaw.ca/davepatton/drgmapcal/DRGMapCalReadme.html#7.2.3
In another posting you said "My goal is to use maps in Memory Map",
so if Memory Map doesn't support the 'Provisional South American
Datum 1956', you would have to recalibrate your map using another
datum that it does support before doing the conversion to JPR.
Even with a supported datum, there may be an issue with converting
your .map file, at least with the version of OziExplorer I am using.
You may encounter a problem where DRGMapCal hangs, and OziExplorer
reports a division by zero error. If you get that far, and that
does happen:
- please send me an email with the .map file attached in a ZIP file,
and tell me what version of OziExplorer you are running
- you could workaround the problem by specifying the map's calibration
points using lat/lon, rather than via Grid coordinates
P.S.
I don't know of a way other than DRGMapCal to 'convert' OziExplorer-
calibrated maps for use in Memory Map.
