City Navigator v5 Won't Display Any Canadian Data?

I have Mapsource 6.3 and City Navigator v5 (North America)installled
and I cannot get any Canadian map detail or P.O.I. data to show.
According to Garmin's Catrography I should be able to get some lower
Canadian data?

As far as I can tell I have all v5 regions installed.

What might I be doing wrong here?
