All the U.S. state plane Lambert zones use two standard parallels, so
I can help you test that type of projection. We will use California
Zone 5:
ellipsoid GRS80
central meridian W118 00
latitude of origin N33 30
false easting 2,000,000 m
false northing 500,000 m
standard parallels N34 02 and N35 28
For the test points I will give you links to survey marks in the
National Geodetic Survey database. They have lat/lon near the top of
the page. A little further down you'll see "SPC CA 5". These are the
Zone 5 Lambert coordinates, and they are given in meters (MT) and
survey feet (sFT).
This point is near the center of the zone (north/south) and a little
west of the central meridian.

This one is near the extreme northeast corner of the zone. Because it
is near the boundary, the Zone 4 coordinates are given too.
