Yes, the first is latitude & longitude in decimal degrees and with the
convention that '+' is north latitude and east longitude, while '-'
is for south and west.
The second is also latitude & longitude but in degrees/minutes/seconds
format and using N/S for north/south latitude and E/W for longitude.
The third is UTM with 13S (I think you're missing the S) indicating the
zone or region on earth and the two numbers indicating the east and
north offset in meters.

That would be latitude & longitude but using degrees and minutes
plus decimal parts of minutes.
You can set the preferences in MapSource to change it to any of the
three formats you show above (and others as well). For example, to
use the first of your three formats go to the Preferences item
in the Edit menu; select the Position tab and choose
"Lat/Lon hddd.ddddd" in the Grid box. For the second format you'd
choose 'Lat/Lon hddd mm' ss.s" ' and for the third format you'd
choose "UTM."
