The discounted upgrade for the data is usually offered to folks who
bought shortly before a new version is released.
At the moment there's a $30 rebate for people who bought (or will
buy) MetroGuide V5 between Aug 1 and Dec 31 2004 and then buy the new
MetroGuide V6.
