So you want to use bluetooth to eliminate the cable between the
antenna and the GPS receiver? Unfortunately this is physically
impossible unless you put a whole GPS receiver at the antenna,
at which point you've got today's bluetooth GPS receivers.

You must have a "wave guide" such as a coaxial cable between the
antenna and the receiver.
