I have actually tried this, BUT when the road that is giving
problems is a SR, and you can only designate new roads as
local roads, SA2005 will do some really weird things to
avoid your new road. If I could designate a created road as
a SR then I would solve my problems in one afternoon.
Please note that my route calculation is Quickest as
Shortest causes many more problems than it solves. Being
able to designate the type of road on a newly drawn routable
road would be the ultimate solution IMHO.
