Steele's violation of copyright is a habit of his and been reported to
both his ISP and the copyright holder in one case. It is unfortunate
the Washington Post did not pursue the issue.
He does this sort of thing in many groups. The best thing is to
killfile him after reporting him to his ISP and the copyright holder.
