For Street Navigation one needs a greater accuracy than cell tower
triangulation can offer. Knowing in which city block your friend is,
does not mean that you will ever meet him. In case of an emergency I
would feel lucky if the emergency services would be able to read the GPS
co-ordinates from my cell phone.
