Back button on 60CS

Hi

Recently I have lost the button at the back of my 60CS. I would like
to replace it but It seems that it is only available as as assembly
with the belt clip (more $).

Anybody had experienced this? How did you solve the problem? Bought
the complete assembly?

P.S: Next time I will put a drop of lock tite not to loose it again.
