Do you mean MapSource (the software product) or MetroGuide (the map
product)?

nRoute 2.0 (the released version) does not support MetroGuide v5+
maps.

or greater."

Garmin took away this restriction with the 2.1.2 Beta

"Added limited support for BlueChart and MetroGuide 5 and greater."

What do you mean by "registration"? Do you mean map product unlock
codes? I have a number of map products that use unlock codes and they
work fine with nRoute (2.0 and 2.1.2).
