The folks effected most are professional users of GPS, where
an occasional surprise outage or scheduled downtime may possible
   limit the integrity of data.

Many will argue that professionals, who need knowledge of current
constellation status and planned interruptions of individual
satellites have resources independent of reading a USENET Newsgroup
   for this information.

I, for one, do studies of error sources, and attempt to keep track
of cause and effect--including how the current constellation
influences accuracy measurements. Because I monitor this information
why not share it with others. Hopefully some of my technical posts
   are of assistance to others.
