error message

While downloading regions from Mapsend to my Megellan Green, I'm
getting the error message, "Regions Converting Failed." I've had no
problems downloading to my GPS in the past. Can someone please tell me
what I might be doing incorrectly, or point me to needed information.
Haven't been able to find anything addressing the problem in FAQ's or
past posts. Any help would be very much appreciated. My version of
MapSend Topo is 3.0, PN500112.
