resent from earlier message on 7.11.04. I missed any replies since I had to
work away from home and am new to usenet and don't know if I can access
archives.
I'm looking for a gps unit:
primarily for hillwalking/mtbing, but might also want to mount in car and
link to external antenna.
I have looked at the Geko 301 but doesn't look like it will take an ext
antennna. Also am unsure about design flaw that existed in the 201 where it
was too easy to switch on accidentally and therefore waste the battery.
Is there anything fit the bill?
