I'm not quite sure what you're asking. If you're saying that your
position, as reported by your 60CS, does not exactly match the road
position on your NZ maps this could be due to the maps and/or your
position accuracy. You'd need to have a known accurate position to do
a comparison.
On the other hand if you're asking why you don't get routes ("purple
line") that follow the roads then this is because the maps don't
support autorouting. It is possible to make routes (in MapSource),
"fix" them, and then load them in your GPS so they follow the roads
