Announcing version 3,X of GarXface OCX

I am pleased to announce version 3.X of GarXface OCX. GarXface OCX is
an ActiveX control to easily transfer waypoints, routes, tracks and PVT
data to and from the Garmin GPS. GarXface is easy to use and even the
person with a minor amount programming experience can quickly learn to
interface the the Garmin GPS.

The OCX version joins the already released GarXface C++ 3.X in adding
USB support. The OCX and C++ version can now interface to the GPS via
the USB port for Garmin GPS devices such as the GPSmap 76C, GPSmap 276C
and the GPS 18.
